1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r77u ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r77u website at https://r77u.ws and all related services, features, games, and promotions offered therein. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the r77u platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the r77u platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform. Use of the platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and r77u will take all reasonable measures to enforce this requirement.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the r77u platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. r77u enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players on r77u.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services. If you have self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating a new account.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of r77u or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

r77u reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review. Age verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladesh government authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the r77u platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading in any material respect.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the r77u platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify r77u customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. r77u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. If your mobile number, name, or other personal details change, you must update your account profile or contact support. Providing false or outdated registration information may result in account suspension.
• r77u reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of activity that triggers a compliance review. KYC documents may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill confirming your residential address.

Account registration is free of charge. r77u does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an account. However, certain payment processors may charge transaction fees in connection with deposits or withdrawals — these fees are set by the payment provider and are not within r77u's control.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

r77u processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. r77u reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e. payments made from an account not held in your name) are not permitted and will be returned, subject to any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to r77u's anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention policies. r77u reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the r77u platform at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change. Transactions below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 10 minutes for standard mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer. r77u does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network outages.
• r77u reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending an investigation, and the outcome of the investigation will determine whether the withdrawal is processed or the balance is forfeited.

All transactions on the r77u platform are conducted in BDT. If your payment method operates in a different currency, any currency conversion will be performed by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. r77u is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

r77u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered. The following general provisions apply to all bonus offers on the r77u platform:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance subject to wagering requirements. You must meet the stated rollover before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games for meeting those requirements will be specified in each bonus offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or account. Attempting to transfer bonus value to a third party may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• r77u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have met the applicable wagering requirements, any unmet wagering requirement will lapse and any bonus balance remaining will be removed from your account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using technical exploits to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to guarantee a bonus outcome — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Free spin winnings that exceed the maximum win cap will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

r77u's promotional calendar may include seasonal offers tied to Bangladeshi holidays and sporting events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. Participation in these promotions is voluntary and subject to the specific terms published for each offer at the time it is live.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the r77u platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. r77u does not control the outcome of any game — all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game provider.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the r77u platform and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the game provider's server record shall be the definitive result for settlement purposes.
• In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during an active game round, r77u's standard policy is to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your account balance. In cases where a void is not technically feasible, r77u will determine an equitable resolution in good faith.
• Sports betting markets on r77u are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, FIFA). Unsettled markets will remain open until an official result is confirmed. r77u reserves the right to void markets in cases of proven match-fixing or the absence of an official result.
• Any winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds being displayed, incorrect game paytables, or software bugs — are void. r77u reserves the right to correct manifest errors and adjust account balances accordingly, even after initial settlement has occurred.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r77u platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform as a conduit for financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a game, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise coordinate play in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other first-time-player offers.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing r77u staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

r77u employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate account review. r77u's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

r77u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe requested by r77u.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a player's payment provider or bank, which will trigger an immediate account freeze pending investigation.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus balance and any amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to a final KYC check. Accounts closed due to prohibited conduct forfeit all balances with no right of recovery.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the r77u platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and promotional content — is the proprietary intellectual property of r77u or its licensors. Nothing on the r77u platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of r77u or the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r77u platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on r77u's platform or content. Any unauthorised use of r77u's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r77u's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. r77u shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by platform downtime, game errors, or payment processing delays.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if r77u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, internet service providers, or any other third party involved in delivering the platform's services to you.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension or forfeiture following a breach.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

r77u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on r77u, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

r77u uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. r77u does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver the platform's services (e.g. with game providers for game delivery and with payment processors for transaction processing) or where required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

r77u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform after any such notice period.

Your continued use of the r77u platform following the expiry of the notice period and the coming into effect of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Closing your account in these circumstances will be treated as a voluntary account closure and your real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 8.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the r77u platform. r77u operates as an online gaming platform and players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter relating to r77u, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via the live chat feature on the platform. r77u will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt. If you remain unsatisfied following our internal resolution process, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by r77u from time to time.
